Restricted deploy workflow

• tag your commit
• push your tag into the remote
• generate your jar using jarro, pointing to the remote + tag
• upload the generated jar into your favorite maven remote

v1 assumptions

• the reference date is author date
• the reference date comes from the git sha
• all files inside the JAR will use the reference date
• the reference date will be printed in pom.porperties
• Extra POM data can be added via pom-data.xml file
• All files from classpath are copied into the jar
